Welcome to Oldfield Airport Transfers! Before booking our service, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions, as they are important for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Service delays
While we strive to provide timely service, there are factors beyond our control such as traffic, accidents, and adverse weather conditions. We understand that delays can occur, and it’s part of the nature of transportation services. Therefore, neither Oldfield Cars nor our drivers can be held liable for any delays that may result in missed flights, events, or meetings. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to navigate any unforeseen circumstances and get you to your destination safely and efficiently.
Advance Bookings
Bookings require advance payment and a non-refundable deposit may be requested in order to confirm the booking. In rare cases of emergencies such as accidents or mechanical failures, we may arrange alternative transportation to ensure your journey is completed smoothly.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our customers as best as we can. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least 5 days before your travel date to avoid further charges, apart from the initial deposit. However, cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice or on the day of travel will incur full payment. While deposits are non-refundable, we’re happy to apply them to alternative trips upon cancellation.
Damages
We take pride in maintaining our vehicles to a high standard, and any damages or spillages caused by passengers will incur a charge. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our vehicles clean and well-maintained for all our passengers.
